Previously Essential Risk Solutions and based in the East Midlands, the business owner at this time was looking to sell the book in late 2019 and move on to something new. After a couple of initial conversations, we felt the synergy of the staff and the book were very well aligned to Movo and decided the best move was to move the staff and the book into a new entity which was to become Movo Leicester Ltd.
THOUGHTS UPON JOINING MOVO?
The then business owner of ERS Ltd Jonathan Popple confirmed he was delighted his business was joining the Movo Partnership and would now be able to grow and develop further with more access to markets and with a move to Acturis which would streamline the processes of the business.
ERS worked with a number of Appointed Representatives and as an AR model we understood what was needed in order to guarantee a smooth transition once the book of business had been purchased.

IN SUMMARY
The purchase of the ERS book had to others presented itself as a complex sale but we took the time to get to know the business and the people and as we felt strongly there was a cultural fit we worked through each aspect of its profile and successfully purchased and integrated the systems and people.
